All claims are handled by an allocated, experienced, account handler from "cradle
to grave" who will be familiar with your case and will be available to discuss progress and provide appropriate advice.
Our claims team is a division within the company and handles work ONLY for our clients. We do not outsource this vital function, adjust claims for insurers or otherwise dilute our expertise. PYV Legal are aware that some brokers do outsource their claims divisions as an economic measure, but we believe this gives rise to potential conflicts of interest. PYV Legal's claims division always holds its clients' interests first and foremost and is proud to work exclusively for them.
