We appreciate that some firms prefer to use a local broker. With this is mind, we have a dedicated Wholesale department who can provide you with access to the Lloyd’s and London markets, whilst allowing you to remain committed to the local service you provide.

PYV is an independent Lloyd’s of London broker, which specialises in Professional Indemnity Insurance and currently hold around 1,000 solicitor practices. We are located in the City of London giving us the opportunity to meet many relevant insurers face-to-face so as to individually and personally negotiate competitive terms for your clients, which could be crucial this year. Combine this with a wealth of experience garnered over the last 35 years and you can see why we are uniquely positioned to ensure that you obtain the best terms available for your clients.

We aim to provide a quick, efficient and friendly service. Our Wholesale department will be pleased to deal with your submissions, and keep you updated as to their progress. Feel free to discuss your proposals further with our Wholesale Manager, Charlotte Yates. Additionally, we have our own internal and highly experienced claims department, who will be pleased to answer your claims queries, and handle claims on behalf of our mutually held clients during the year.

However, if your firm does not have any dealings with Solicitors’ Professional Indemnity, please note that we are able to provide cover for IFAs, Mortgage Brokers, Accountants, Surveyors, Insurance Brokers, and many other professions, and our experience carries across these fields. We also welcome submissions for these professions and can access the Lloyds and London markets for them accordingly.

With many producing brokers we have specific arrangements in place whereby competitive remuneration is available based on meeting pre-agreed targets. If this may be of interest to you then please get in touch and we can devise an agreement suitable to your needs.
